Maxeda. This name symbolises our new common direction, ambitions and corporate culture. Our goal is for each of our formats to achieve retail leadership. We at Maxeda will base our success on our passion to serve the people who serve our customers.

Over the recent years our formats have embarked on new growth strategies across Europe and many have delivered excellent results. Maxeda embodies a new ambition, a new culture and a desire to achieve retail leadership in all our formats.

Our new name and new direction apply to our entire group. Maxeda will represent our thousands of shops and tens of thousands of committed colleagues in an integrated way. Each format will still retain its unique identity and market positioning, but we will work together at Maxeda to develop winning strategies.

The Passion to Serve our people who serve our customers will be the source of our success. At Maxeda this passion will make our customers’ needs and desires the driving force in our business.

We will aim to maximise the potential of each format and optimise group synergies. This potential will be unleashed with an absolute operational focus on selling more, buying better and saving cash and costs. The group’s character will develop with a common leadership style and shared cultural values. In this way we will strive to deliver great results for all our stakeholders.
